The episode begins with Karan telling that he only withdrew Sarla's case because of Sherlyn. Kareena and Sherlyn are relieved when Karan leaves. Kareena boasts about her family. Preeta clarifies to Srishti that what she heard wasn't the entire truth. Srishti tells Dadi that she heard Preeta saying I love you to Karan. Dadi says it's just right.
Preeta invites Rishab. Preeta asks Srishti to keep it to herself. Srishti opens the door and expects Karan but is shocked to see Rishab. Karan thinking about some way to know about Sherlyn's lie. He spots Sherlyn speaking to someone on phone and tries to hear the conversation. Sherlyn is heard trying to convince someone that she cannot leave this place right now. Karan's phone bell rings and Sherlyn gets tensed. Karan hides. Sherlyn thinks everyone in the house trusts her. Karan realises that Preeta was right about Sherlyn. He says that will now find a proof against her and expose her. He calls Sameer for help.
Dadi welcomes Rishab. Rishab says he wanted to apologise to Preeta since he wasn't with her when she needed him the most. Preeta wonders what happened to him and herself to for telling at him. Rishab overhears Srishti teasing Preeta and whether Preeta has fallen in love. Sarla says Karan. Srishti wonders how did she know, but Sarla actually comes in with the phone where Karan had called. Sameer stops Sherlyn from leaving. Preeta tells Karan that she was stuck with some situation. Karan tells Preeta about Sherlyn's mystery man. Preeta feels that Karan is smart. To be continued.
