Speaking from the forum of Kisan Sammelan, Union Minister of State Ajay Mishra Teni said, "Some people are instigating farmers. Three agricultural laws brought in the interest of farmers are being termed as black laws, but no one is able to say what is black in the three agricultural laws.''
