Patna: The controversy in the fodder scam case related to Lalu Yadav in the special CBI court has been completed. The court will now pronounce its verdict on February 15. The special CBI court has reserved the verdict. The verdict will be pronounced on February 15. This could add to the problems of 110 criminals, including former Bihar CM and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav. There was an illegal withdrawal of Rs 139 crore from the Doranda Treasury, which is the biggest incident in the fodder scam.

In the fodder scam case related to Lalu Prasad Yadav, once again Lalu Prasad Yadav's heartbeat has intensified. The arguments in the Doranda Treasury RC 47A/96 case have been completed. After the completion of the hearing in the court of the special court of CBI, SK Shashi, the special CBI court reserved the verdict. After which the court has set the date of the judgment. The verdict will be pronounced by a special CBI court on February 15. In the incident related to the illegal withdrawal of Rs 139.35 crore from the Doranda Treasury, the largest in the fodder scam, 99 criminals including Lalu Prasad Yadav, former MP Jagdish Sharma, Dr RK Rana, the then PAC chairman Dhruv Bhagat, Dr KM Prasad, Dr Gauri Shankar Prasad are facing the case.

The CBI had initially made 170 person criminals. Charges were framed against 147 criminals, including Lalu. So far, 55 convicts, including former Bihar CM Dr Jagannath Mishra, have died during the hearing. Lalu Prasad Yadav was already on bail in a fodder scam case. At the same time, in three fodder scam cases, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav has completed half the sentence. All eyes are now on the CBI special court of the Ranchi court when the verdict on the case related to Lalu Prasad Yadav will be pronounced on February 15.
