The same Lata Mangeshkar who has been awarded Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan as well as Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian honor of the country.

The Dadasaheb Phalke Award was given to her 30 years ago. Even after completing 90 years of her age, music is still his first love for Lata ji. In fact, his first love was music even when she was put in front of the camera to play with the dolls or to act in the age of reading and writing. The reason was that after the sudden death of father Dinanath Mangeshkar, Lata had to feed not only her own but also her four younger sisters and brothers.
