Apart from this, the Center has kept an invoice of Rs 5,000 for driving without a license, which the Gujarat government has reduced to Rs 3,000. Similarly, in the new motor vehicle rule, the fine for not installing helmets and seatbelt was Rs 1,000, which has now been increased to Rs 5,00 in Gujarat.
