The synchronized braking technology of Star City Plus is based on a variant of the Kargil Edition bike. Apart from cosmetic updates, no changes were made mechanically in the Kargil edition of TVS Star City Plus. It has a 110 cc, single-cylinder engine, which generates 8 bhp power and 8.7 Nm peak torque. The engine is equipped with a 4-speed transmission. The company claims that the mileage of Star City Plus is 86 kilometers per liter. This is the most expensive variant of this bike.
