India's leading vehicle manufacturer Hero Electric has launched an additional range of new e-scooters Optima ER and Nyx ER. The company has launched its range of heavy-duty and high-speed e-scooters. The Optima ER is priced at Rs 68,721 and the Nyx ER is priced at Rs 69,754 (Pan India).
In a statement, the CEO of Hero Electric India, Sohindar Gill, said, "We want to offer the best Hero Electric products to all our customers. One response we've received consistently was the range concern associated with the e-scooter and with Nyx ER and Optima ER we're addressing that issue and offering a package that's full of performance and accessibility. I am confident that customers will appreciate these models with FAME II benefits that have made our range even more affordable."
For your information, the company has announced the opening of its new corporate office in Bengaluru as part of its expansion plan in South Bart to diversify its operations and plan its new consumer touchpoint in the country. Hero Electric plans to make 1000 touchpoints by 2020, which is currently 650. In addition, the company has a comprehensive investment plan to increase the production capacity of its electric scooters to 5 lakh units annually over the next three years.
