New Delhi: To complement the company's ThinkPad laptops, Lenovo has released its first smartphone with the ThinkPhone branding.

Now, among other features, you can easily share files, establish hotspot connections and stream apps between Think branded devices. Thinkphone is a powerful smartphone that looks great even when used alone.

The centre-aligned punch-hole cutout, thin bezels and under-display fingerprint scanner are all features of the Lenovo Thinkphone.

A 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) POLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection is included with the gadget. It can withstand a drop of 1.25 meters and is MIL-STD 810H certified.

It has also got IP68 rating. Its dimensions are 8.26mm thickness and 188.5g weight.

The Lenovo ThinkPhone's 50MP (f/1.8, OIS) primary camera is joined by a 13MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP (f/2.4) depth lens, and an LED flash. For taking selfies and making video calls, it has a 32MP (f/2.45) front camera.

The Lenovo ThinkPhone packs the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of onboard storage. The phone launches Android 13.

   It houses a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W wireless charging as well as 68W wired fast charging. In terms of connectivity, it offers 5G, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and a Type-C port.

A separate processor running Android is a feature of the Moto KeySafe ThinkPhone. By separating them and keeping them in a secure location, it provides protection against unauthorized access to sensitive data such as PINs, passwords and cryptographic keys.

Integrated clipboard and notifications, simple file transfer between ThinkPhone and PC, and the ability to launch any Android application directly on the PC are additional enterprise features.

The company has not yet made the price information public. In the second half of this year, it will no doubt be available in Australia, the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and some Asian countries.
