Hollywood actor Liam Hemsworth is being sued for unauthorized use of a picture posted on his Instagram. According to documents obtained by e-News, Splash News' and 'Picture Agency', Liam is being sued for copyright infringement.

The suit alleges that the photographer took a series of photographs depicting defendant Hemsworth while performing an outdoor scene at the location to produce the film. The 29-year-old actor is being accused of posting pictures on his Instagram account on July 15, 2018, and tagging the film's publicity page.

Further, the documents state that the photos were again posted by him twice in Hemsworth's story or acting on his behalf on 20 June 2019. It is further stated in the documents that on the same day there was a swipe-up feature on his Instagram story to encourage people. Vote for the film 'It is Romantic' for the Teen Choice Movie Awards. The actor can pay up to 150,000 USD in compensation. It is being speculated that the actor will soon issue a statement in the media regarding this matter.
