BENGALURU: Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai stated on Friday that the decision to relax the weekend and night curfews would be made on scientific basis. He added a meeting with expert committee members later in the afternoon would determine whether the weekend curfew would be maintained.
Many legislators, MPs, and organisations are expected to speak out on the subject. According to Bommai, a proper decision will be made based on expert opinions and the current third wave of Covid's development.
We'll look at how the third wave has played out and what it means for the future. It will have an influence on health infrastructure in the next days, and a choice will be made. We'll also talk about what we've done so far and the current circumstances, and we'll make a scientific choice "he stated
