Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh, there are frequent deaths due to drinking alcohol. In such a situation, politics has started on those deaths. Now in this sequence, former Chief Minister Kamal Nath has questioned the current Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan? With this, Home Minister Narottam Mishra has also given a statement. Narottam Mishra says, "Four people died due to excessive alcohol consumption on the previous day". For the first time, people have not died due to drinking alcohol. Actually, even before this, reports of deaths due to consumption of alcohol are continuously coming in notice.
In the past, State Home Minister Narottam Mishra expressed grief over the death of 4 people in Chhatarpur. He said that 'this incident is a matter of concern.' Apart from this, he said, 'These people have died due to excessive drinking. No liquor mafia is involved in this.' Along with this, he has directed the authorities to investigate and stop such incidents. However, former Chief Minister of the state Kamal Nath has also questioned Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on this incident.
He has made a tweet targeting Madhya Pradesh, wrote “14 in Ujjain, 25 in Morena, and 4 have in Chhatarpur; Shivraj Ji how long will the liquor mafia take its toll on the public. When will it be buried, hanged, or dragged? Sand mafia, forest mafia, land mafia, and now liquor mafia, all of them are fearless after you assumed office. All of your promises are turning out to be jumlas.” So far no bjp leader has said anything on his tweet.
