New Delhi: A CBI team on Saturday (January 14) reached Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia's office in connection with the excise policy scam. The CBI has taken a hard disk with it from here. The CBI team had reached Sisodia's office to collect some evidence related to the Delhi liquor scam case.

According to CBI sources, the computer taken from Manish Sisodia's office will significantly help in the investigation. The CBI also sought information regarding some records related to the liquor scam case at Sisodia's office. Delhi government sources said the CBI team was conducting raids at Sisodia's office in the Delhi Secretariat, but agency officials said the agency officials had visited the premises only to collect documents and no raids or searches were being conducted.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia tweeted on Saturday claiming that the agency had not found anything against him during the last raid and the same will happen this time too, as he has not done anything wrong. Sisodia tweeted, "Today again CBI has reached my office. They are welcome. They raided my house, raided the office, searched the locker, and even searched my village. Nothing has been found against me, nothing will be found because I have not done anything wrong. I have worked sincerely for the education of the children of Delhi.''
