New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has reserved its verdict on Manish Sisodia's regular bail plea in the case registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (ED) in the high-profile liquor scam case. Along with this, the court has given immediate relief to Manish Sisodia. The High Court has granted interim relief to Sisodia for a few hours yesterday (Saturday). Therefore, he will be able to meet his wife in police custody.

In fact, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had sought interim bail for 6 weeks citing his wife's poor health. However, the ED had opposed the interim bail application. The ED had said that Sisodia had withdrawn his interim bail plea a few days ago. Now they are again seeking interim  bail on the same grounds. The probe agency said Sisodia is likely to meet his wife in the presence of police.

In this case, the court has granted interim relief to AAP leader Sisodia for a few hours yesterday. The high court also asked Sisodia's wife to submit her medical report by tomorrow evening. Along with this, the court has also reserved the decision on the bail application of AAP's communication in-charge Vijay Nair.
