On this, Saisha revealed how her clothes are taken off to prove herself a transwoman. "There are a lot of trans women who have to take off their clothes to prove in public that they are women. We have to stop this injustice and together we have to bring this change to the world. That can only be a change. When privileged people like me come out and talk openly about it without any fear and also accept it. At the same time, Saisha promised that she would donate 50 per cent of her earnings of the Lock-Upp.

She further added, "Whatever money I am making through this show, I have decided to donate 50 per cent of it to trans community NGOs and the trusts that I am running. Karanvir Bohra made fun of transwoman Saisha Shinde for her breast implant in a task some time ago and she was angry, and this led to a heated exchange between the two.
