MUMBAI: In January 2023, the well-known international music festival Lollapalooza will make its debut in India, with performances by well-known acts like AP Dhillon, Imagine Dragons, and Cigarrettes After Sex.

Imagine Dragons, an indie rock classic and international headliners making their India debut, take the stage. The Strokes will serve as the festival's opening act, along with American classic rock legends Greta Van Fleet, Diplo, the world's leading producer of electronic dance music, Grammy-nominated artist Zhu, Indo-Canadian Punjabi music and rap star AP Dhillon, and Cigarettes After Sex. Lollapalooza India 2023 will serve as the festival's first edition for Asia.
More than 40 performers, four stages, and more than 20 hours of live entertainment.

Over 40 artists scheduled to perform include Prateek Kuhad, Divine, Japanese Breakfast,Madeon, Alec Benjamin, Jackson Wang, Chelsea Cutler, The Wombats, Imanbek, Kasablanca, Apashe, Raveena, The Yellow Diary, Bloodywood, Sandunes, Aswekeepsearching, The F16s, Kayan, Tejas, House of Hashbass, Madboy/Mink, T.ill APES, Kumail, Kavya.

With India serving as the festival's eighth stop and the first location in Asia, Lollapalooza is about to cross a new threshold. A two-day musical festival will take place at Mahalaxmi Race Course, in the centre of Mumbai, on January 28 and 29, bringing its multi-genre music experience as well as its brand of distinctive, diversified, and thrilling tastes from the world of music to Indian shores.

Along with global producers Perry Farrell and C3 Presents, BookMyShow, India's top entertainment destination, is leading Lollapalooza India as the festival's promoter and co-producer for the country.
