LPG Prices Surge by Rs 14 Ahead of Budget 2024 Announcement  -  Just Ahed of the much-awaited interim budget announcement by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday, the price of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been increased by Rs 14.

This hike specifically affects the 19-kilogram commercial LPG gas cylinders, with a notable surge of Rs 14. The new rates came into effect today, Thursday, February 01.

Following this adjustment, the retail sales price of a 19 Kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi will now be Rs 1,769.50. It's important to note that this increase applies only to commercial cylinders, and the prices for domestic LPG cylinders remain the same.

The rise in LPG prices is expected to have implications for various sectors and businesses that rely on commercial LPG for their operations.

 

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will be presenting the interim Budget at 11 am. 

Oil companies have raised the prices of 19-kg commercial LPG gas cylinders by Rs 14 in Delhi, making it Rs 1,769.50 per cylinder, up from Rs 1,755.50. This move precedes the Budget 2024 session scheduled for 11 am on Thursday. Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present an Interim Budget in Parliament, given that it's an election year.
