Chandigarh: A major accident has taken place in Ludhiana, Punjab. Here 6 people have lost their lives due to gas leaking in Gyaspura area. Along with this, 10 other people are said to be injured. As soon as the information about the accident was received, police and fire brigade vehicles have also reached the spot and the entire area has been sealed. Along with this, the injured are also being taken to the hospital immediately.

According to the report, this gas has leaked from the factory, after which many people have been reported to have fainted. This factory is situated on Sua Road near Sherpur Chowk. According to the information, the gas leaked at 7.15 am. The police has stopped the movement of people in the area and has started preparations for the rescue operation. For this, the NDRF team from Bathinda has also left for Gyaspura.
