Bhopal: The Congress today dealt a major blow to the BJP ahead of the by-election in Madhya Pradesh. BJP leader Satish Sikarwar of Chambal region has been granted congress membership today. His supporters along with Sikarwar have also taken over the Congress. Sikarwar is believed to be allowed to pay tickets from Gwalior East in the Congress by-election ground.

He was last in the fray on behalf of the BJP from the region, but lost the election to Congress candidate Munnalal Goyal. Munnalal Goel left the Congress in March last and joined the BJP. He is now going to make the BJP his candidate from here. As a result, he revolted and moved from the Saffron party to the Congress. Speaking on the occasion, former CM Kamal Nath targeted Jyotiraditya Sindhia and said that now the meddling of palaces in the Congress is over.

Kamal Nath said that now there is no palace in the Congress, all of you are coming to Kamal Nath's house today. Today, you have joined the family of the Congress party. He said that our country is a country of different deities, different cultures. Here's the link, not the break. The Congress has always been doing politics to connect.
