Madhya Pradesh: After CM Kamal Nath now Scindia resigns, Congress in massive difficulty

Bhopal: After the Congress' embarrassing defeat in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Congress President Rahul Gandhi resigned, after which the resignations began and there is no end, so another name has now been added to the list and it is Jyotiraditya Scindia, the youth leader of the state and the National General Secretary of the Congress.

Jyotiraditya Scindia has also resigned as the party's national general secretary, though his resignation is yet to be accepted. His resignation will be accepted only after he becomes the new national president. It may be mentioned that earlier CM Kamal Nath had also resigned as Madhya Pradesh Congress President. Besides him, General Secretary in-charge Deepak Bavaria, senior lawyer and National President of the Legal Department Vivek Tankha has also resigned. The resignation of any Congress leader is yet to be accepted.

Until the new National President of the Congress is appointed and he accepts the resignations of all these leaders, all the leaders will continue in their respective posts. The new Congress presidentship will be decided by the party's Managing Executive Committee (CWC). The party's managing executive committee has sent a permanent invitation to Jyotiraditya Scindia from Madhya Pradesh, which is now estimated to have an important role for Scindia in the presidential election.
