Bhopal: You all know that there is a Congress government in Madhya Pradesh. The Kamal Nath government, which has been constantly surrounded by BJP's chakravyuh, has now become active in removing its crisis with the attack. While the government has stepped up its management for damage control, it has put forward bureaucracy to surround opponents. On Saturday morning, the government fired a bulldozer at Saina International Resort in Bandhavgarh of Vijayaraghavgarh MLA and former minister Sanjay Pathak in Umaria district.

MLA Surendra Singh Shera, who has been spreading sensation against the government for many days, returned and announced his support to Kamal Nath. The illegal construction of the resort was demolished under the leadership of Umaria Collector, who reached the spot with police and administrative staff. At the same time, the crops sown on hut and forest land made for tourists on five acres were also destroyed. The administration also removed the encroachment on half an acre of wildflower resort and issued notices to other seven resorts of Bandhavgarh.

MLA Sanjay Pathak has termed it a politically motivated malicious action, while the administration has cited it as a routine campaign citing action taken on other resorts. Investigation of several resorts built in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve is going on since last month. Encroachment has been found in 11 resorts here. The order was issued on 12 February to remove the encroachment. The district administration has already arranged the resort. A total of 41 acres of measles numbers 260 and 321 were registered under the name of Sanjay Pathak's firm 'Nirmal Chhaya', while the remaining five acres were found to encroach.

Allegations of making way by turning the direction of river's edge

In the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve area, MLA Sanjay Pathak is accused of making a long way by turning the banks of the Charan Ganga river for the Saina International Resort. The five acres of land that was being cultivated were connected to the resort. Huts were built here to accommodate tourists. The maximum encroachment on Saina Resort was on 2.001 hectares. For this reason, the first action has been started here. All resorts in the area will be processed in turn and all encroachments will be removed.
