The latest case has come to light from Indore, the financial capital of Madhya Pradesh, where 42-year-old Muslim woman Zahida Bi was evicted from the house after saying talaq-talaq-talaq thrice by her husband after a minor dispute. Even after 'triple talaq' was banned by making law through the Indian Parliament, the incidents related to it are not stopping.

According to the report, the case is of the Sadar Bazar area of Indore. On Wednesday (April 6, 2022), the Muslim woman, who had come with a complaint at Sadar police station, filed a case of 'triple talaq' against her husband. However, the accused has not yet been arrested. According to the victim Zahida B, she was married to a man named Mohammad Khalid 20 years ago. She also has two sons. The older is 18 years old and the younger is 15 years old.

Zahida has said that one day she came to know about her husband's love affair with another woman. As soon as she came to know about this, when she questioned her husband in this regard, there was a heated argument between the two. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the victim's husband Mohammed Khalid came to his house and divorced her three times through the door and went to his girlfriend. He also threw Zahida out of the house along with her children. When Zahida told her friends about this, she tried to convince the husband, but to no avail. Zahida is a resident of Bajaria. After this, she lodged a case with the police against the husband. In this case, police officer Sunil Srivastava said that the woman's husband told her that she did not like her and there was a quarrel over the same issue.
