Bhopal: Finance Minister Jagdish Deora is presenting the first budget of the fourth term of the Shivraj government in the Vidhan Sabha. At the same time, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan is also included in the House. During this, the Finance Minister said, "There is only the Atal Progress-Way for Chambal, now the Narmada Express-Way has been prepared to connect East to West." Along with this it also said, 'This time the budget will be 2 lakh 40 thousand crore rupees. The loan will be given to self-help groups at 4 percent interest and social security pension will continue.' Finance Minister Jagdish Devda said in the Assembly, Nursing seats will be increased to 320 and MBBS seats will be increased to 3250 by 2022-23.

With this, '24000 buildings are going to be constructed to give shelter to the policemen in the state and this time no new tax will be levied nor any rate will be increased.' Apart from this, it has also been said that, 'Police, hospital will be set up in Bhopal and Mahila Police Station will be opened in every district. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 18.18 lakh houses have been constructed in Madhya Pradesh and 6 lakh houses are under construction.'

With this, 4000 police posts will be recruited in the year 2021-22 and a Diamond Museum will be built soon in Panna, food processing units will be set up. Apart from this, Finance Minister Jagdish Deora said, the state's GDP is estimated to cross 10 trillion and the airline will start for regional connectivity. Along with this, homestay, village stay will be made available to tourists.
