Mumbai: Mumbai Police has arrested the secretary of maharashtra unit of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (Bhajumo) for making derogatory remarks on Twitter against NCP chief Sharad Pawar and his grandson MLA Rohit Pawar. Talking about the matter, an official said last Sunday. The official said, "The accused Pradeep Gawde was arrested from his house in Pune on Saturday. The official also said, "The cyber cell of Mumbai Police has arrested him on the complaint of an NCP official living in Bandra.''

At the same time, the official also said, "A case has been registered against him under various sections including Sections 295A and 500 of the Indian Penal Code and the IT Act." On the other hand, the Congress unit and NCP in Maharashtra criticised the NDA government on May 26, the second time that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Central Government came to power. In fact, senior Congress leader in Maharashtra, Anant Gadgil, recently said, "The 'Gujarat model rule' that Narendra Modi came to power in 2014 opened up amid an epidemic.''

He also said, "The High Court has also slammed the BJP government for being ineffective in preventing the epidemic in the neighbouring state." Reports of funerals and bodies flowing into rivers in open plains from the BJP-ruled state of Uttar Pradesh have been making headlines in the international media. In Goa, covid-19 patients died due to lack of oxygen. Besides him, NCP leader and Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik said, "No one is now the name of Modi's 'Indian model'. Immunization drive announced amid flow of dead bodies in rivers, death of people due to lack of oxygen supply and non-availability of vaccine stocks... No one wants this kind of model. ''
