Maharashtra: Recently, there have been big and shocking news from Nashik in Maharashtra. A 13-year-old girl has been gang-raped. According to reports, police have so far detained 7 persons in the case. Out of these apprehended people, 5 are men and one woman. In this case, it is also reported that there is a minor boy who has been apprehended by the police. The incident is being reported last Saturday.

The incident took place in the Nasik Road area. In the case, the victim's parents said that when she returned home from work at night, she did not get her daughter at home. For a long time later, when the two investigated, both of them got crying. When the parents asked the reason for crying, the girl described the whole incident. After hearing the entire incident, the parents ' senses flew, after which they lodged a complaint with the police.

On the basis of the complaint, the police had arrested 5 male accused and a minor between 19 and 29 years in the wee hours of the past Sunday. In this case, the police have also detained a woman who allegedly helped rape the accused. The victim is presently undergoing treatment in the District Civil Hospital and the case has been registered against all the accused under sections of IPC and POCSO Act.
