Mumbai: BJP leaders met the state governor amidst the ongoing tussle over formation of government in Maharashtra. After this, Shiv Sena has become an attacker on BJP. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut challenged the BJP and said that if you have a majority, then form the government. Sanjay Raut said that we have the full strength to make our CM. We do not need to show this.
They have said that we will prove majority in the assembly. We have options. We do not speak without options. Let us tell you that today, the state governor of BJP, Chandrakant Patil, met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari along with many leaders. After this meeting, he has said that Awam gave majority to BJP-Shiv Sena. After this, we met the governor and informed him about the delay in forming the government. Now the central leadership has to take this decision.
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that our stand has not changed. He said that Uddhav Thackeray will take a decision in the interest of Shiv Sena. CM will belong to Shiv Sena. Taking a dig at the BJP, he asked why he returned empty-handed without claiming to form the government in front of the governor. The majority has got not only the BJP-Shiv Sena alliance, but also the conditions of the alliance.
