A shocking case of crime has been reported in Maharashtra. A case has been registered against a 9-year-old boy for sexually exploiting a four-and-a-half-year-old girl in his neighbourhood. The incident is said to have taken place in Ulhasnagar town. A case has been filed here at Thane police station. A police officer in the case said that the victim's mother has complained that on April 3, the boy took the girl to a secluded place on the pretext of playing and sexually abusing her. The matter came to light when the girl complained of pain in the private part.
A case has been registered at Vitthalwadi police station under Section 376 (rape) of the IPC and protection of children from sexual offences (POCSO) Act in this case. On the other hand, the officials said, "The boy has not yet been detained. Apart from this, another case is from the Hanskhali area of Nadia district of West Bengal. Just a few days after the incident of rape and death of a minor girl, another teenager was found hanging in her relative's house in the district itself.
A police officer in the case said that in the complaint given by the girl's father, it was alleged that the 15-year-old girl who had gone to her relative's house in Dhantala was raped and murdered by her relative. At the same time, the police officer also informed that the body of the teenager was found hanging from the hanging snare in the house of his relative. He further said that four persons have been arrested in connection with the incident
