Mumbai: At present, corona havoc is spreading rapidly across the country. This time there is another wave of corona and if any state is affected the most, it is Maharashtra. Let me tell all of you that Maharashtra has become a corona stronghold all over India, where more than 50,000 new corona cases have been reported every day continuously for the past several days.

Now, seeing the situation going out of control among all of them, Maharashtra Minister Vijay Wadettiwar said, "There is a need for a three-week lockdown in the state to control the rapidly increasing cases of coronavirus.'' He also said, "Weekend lockdown will not work in view of the rapid increase in infection cases.'' At the same time, the Relief and Rehabilitation Minister also said, "We are taking all possible steps to prevent infection but a very strong workforce is also needed. We will soon provide five lakh doctors including students who have completed post-graduation."

He also said, "There is a need to ban the spread of infection at the community level and to prevent people's deaths, to prevent movement of trains and congestion in public places. As The Minister of Relief and Rehabilitation, I demand that instead of just a lockdown on weekends, we should have a lockdown of up to three weeks. There is a need to prevent community infection and save lives."

At the same time, the Minister said that he will take up the demand with Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. Last Friday, once again, about 59,000 people were found infected with the corona in the state and 301 patients died. In addition, 32 lakh 88 thousand 540 people have been infected in the State so far, while a total of 57,329 people have died from the virus.
