Actress Kangana Ranaut always remains in discussions. She is famous for her outspoken statements. Currently, the petition demanding the suspension of her Twitter account has been opposed in the Bombay High Court. This petition was filed on behalf of Advocate Ali Kasif Khan Deshmukh. It said, 'Actress and her sister Rangoli Chandel are working to spread hatred through Twitter, inciting hatred against communities and state machinery.' Due to this, the Twitter account of both should be blocked.

During the hearing on Thursday in the bench of Justice SS Shinde and Justice MS Karnik, Maharashtra Government lawyer YP Yagnik has called the demands in the petition as vague. He has also demanded to dismiss it. During the trial in the court, the judges asked 'Is this petition a public interest litigation (PIL)'.

In the meantime, when denied by Deshmukh, the judge said, "Then how can we take action in a criminal case based on claims made by a third party, which is not personally affected in any way?" If it is not public interest litigation, then you have to show personal damage to how it is affecting you. Hearing this, the public prosecutor Yagnik argued, 'the petition has not stated how the tweet referred to by the petitioner affected the public'. He further said, 'This is a very vague petition. Twitter is an international organization. Nobody can make vague demands like this. ' Yagnik also said, 'This argument is not correct and should be settled.'

During this hearing, Advocate Deshmukh said, 'He had written a letter to the police and Maharashtra authorities earlier, seeking action against Ranaut and her sister. Many FIRs are pending against Kangana'. Earlier, she has misused the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput for her own benefit and now she is doing the same with the opposition of the farmers.
