Mumbai: The girl, who had filed a rape and abortion case against Shiv Sena leader Dr Raghunath Kuchik, has now retracted her allegations. The girl has withdrawn the FIR lodged against Dr Kuchik. The girl had made a confession under CRPC 164. The 23-year-old girl on Wednesday filed her confession under CRPC 164 before the judicial magistrate in the Pune district court. In her confession, the girl said there were differences and misunderstandings between the two, but she never wanted to file a case against Dr Kuchik.

The girl has now made a new allegation in her confession, saying that BJP leader Chitra Wagh is taking advantage of the misunderstanding between the two. The girl said Chitra Wagh called her around February 22 and misled her to file a police case against Kuchik. Chitra Wagh used her as a puppet for political rivalry against Kuchik. In her confession, the girl said that some of the allegations against Dr Raghunath Kuchik were true, but Chitra Wagh had made several allegations that never happened, such as inciting suicide and taking her to Goa. The girl alleged that Chitra Wagh threatened her with dire consequences, as well as harm to her family members.

The girl said Chitra Wagh did not listen to her and hatched separate conspiracies to tarnish the image of Shiv Sena, including Kuchik. At the same time, Chitra Wagh tweeted along with an envelope photo in which she wrote that is it a coincidence that the victim is making false allegations and the doctor is sending a defamation notice.
