Aurangabad: A voter reached Begumpura police station in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra to register an FIR against Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray. He alleged that Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray after trying to win votes in the assembly elections in the name of Hindutva and winning the assembly today is trying to form a government with Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) which is a fraud against Hindus.
According to complainant Ratnakar Chaure, BJP-Shiv Sena contested assembly elections in Maharashtra together. Party MLA Pradeep Jaiswal and former MP Chandrakant Khaire, including the Thackeray family, appealed for votes on the issues of Hindus in the election. He said that the voters had jointly voted both parties in the election. However, after the results came, the way for the two parties to split the 50-50 split of power diverged. Due to this, voters are now feeling cheated.
The BJP has won 105 seats in the result of Maharashtra Assembly elections 2019 on October 24. While Shiv Sena has won 56 seats. The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has captured 54 seats, and the Congress 44 seats. However, Shiv Sena, with 56 MLAs, is trying to form the government with the support of 54 NCP and 44 Congress MLAs.
