Mumbai: The Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) of Maharashtra has witnessed a major turnaround on Friday. A Nashik unit of ATS has arrested one person. It is alleged that the accused was in constant touch with Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI and was sharing information related to India. According to the police, the man works in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

According to the statement of Maharashtra ATS, the person from Nashik was sharing information related to the Indian fighter aircraft manufacturing unit. Along with this, he was sharing information about the unit of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in Visakhapatnam with a foreign national. After receiving the information, the person has been arrested, who was an employee of HAL. The inquiry revealed that he was in constant contact with the ISI and was sharing information related to the Indian fighter jet. Apart from HAL's unit, information about Nashik, airbase and other manufacturing units were being shared.

Maharashtra ATS has registered a case under section 3, 4, 5 of the Secret Act, 1923. ATS has recovered three mobiles, five SIMs, two memory cards in the investigation. Those who have been sent to the lab for examination. Maharashtra police has got ten days police custody from the court. In such a situation, the possibility of getting more information is being expressed.
