Previous scam in Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) had shriveled all students’ mind and its culprit was a part of BSEB, Diwakar Prasad.

Diwakar Prasad found dead in mysterious condition. His relatives prompt that he was murdered by Police. They said that Prasad was pushed by cops from the rooftop,which lead to his death.

Police officers however; denied the charge blamed on them, they said that Diwakar jumped off the building after seeing the cops, gone to arrest him. Police visited Prasad’s house to arrest him for a cause of illegal supply of answer sheet to the student.

Diwakar owned Printing Press in Patna which was raided by the member of the special investigation team (SIT) probing the scam. Bihar topper scam 2016 is a scandal in Bihar which came into limelight on 31st May 2016 when the Bihar School Examination Board arts and humanities topper Ruby Rai, Science topper Saurabh Shrestha and third topper in science stream Rahul Kumar were interviewed by television channels and they are unable to answer to basic question. Ruby Rai, student of Vishnu Roy college pronounced Political science as ‘ Prodigal science’ and stated it a subject of cooking.
