Agra: In the country's largest state Uttara Pradesh, the farmer was shot dead in the head in Karhal police station area of Mainpuri city late on Tuesday evening. On Monday, the farmer went to the farm to monitor the crop. He was missing since then. The police team under the leadership of ASP is investigating the reasons for the murder. The dead body of Shyam Narayan Dubey (40) son of Babu alias Lattha Dubey, resident of village Kamalpur, police station area, has been found lying in the field of Suresh Dhobi in the middle of Manikapur-Nanamau village at around 8.30 pm.
On the information of nearby people, the family and police reached the spot. The young man was shot in the head. The relatives told the police in a statement that Bablu has taken some fields on the share. He used to sleep on the farm at night to monitor the crops. On Monday night, he left home to go to the farm. After that, he did not return. Since then, family members were also searching for him.
ASP Madhuvan Kumar, CO Ashok Kumar, Police Officer Incharge Devendra Nath Mishra reached the spot and investigated. The police officers also questioned the family members. Till the news was written, the family could not give information in connection with who did the murder of the farmer and why. The police team was engaged in the inspection of the case on the spot. The police officers were engaged in finding the reasons for the murder of the farmer. Police officers were engaged in getting information from family members that the farmer had no interest in land-related to anyone or there is a dispute with someone for some other reason. Although the cause of the murder is yet to be ascertained, the entire case is being investigated by the police.
