Ingredients for making Chocolate Heart Cake-

Vanilla Sponge Cake Square or Round
400 g white chocolate compound
1 cup chocolate ganache
silicone heart shape mold
Chocolate Cookie Cutter

Method of making Chocolate Heart Cake- First of all take vanilla sponge cake and cut it into two thin layers. Now take a layer and spread the chocolate ganache evenly all around. After that cover it with another layer to make a sandwich, pressing it gently. Now take a heart shaped cookie cutter and cut the sandwich in the shape of a heart.

For the chocolate: Cut the white chocolate into small pieces and melt it using a double boiler or you can also melt it in the microwave. After this, when the chocolate melts, add red chocolate color as needed and mix it well. Now fill the melted chocolate in a piping bag and keep aside and now take heart shaped silicone molds and pour the melted chocolate on the bottom side and tap so that it spreads evenly. After this, pour the cut heart shaped sponge over the melted chocolate. Now cover all the cakes with melted chocolate on all sides. After this keep the silicone mold in the fridge for 5-7 minutes to set. Now after 5 minutes take out the chocolate from the mold and take the heart shape chocolate is ready to serve.
