Kheer is one of the most popular desserts in India which can be enjoyed to celebrate any good occasion. There are numerous kind of Kheer which can be made at home easily. Today, we bring you the recipe of an easy to kheer which comes with the goodness of dry fruits, milk, semolina and aromatic cardamoms. So, let’s know the recipe

Ingredients

1 kg full cream milk, 1/4 cup rava (semolina), 1/2 cup sugar, Dry fruits, A pinch of saffron and 2-3 green cardamoms

Method

1. First of all Roast rava till slightly covered.

2. Now, Add milk and bring to a boil then Lower the heat and simmer.

3..Keep stirring to avoid scorching.

5.Add sugar followed by dry fruits, saffron and cardamom. Now, Cook it for another 5 minutes. Your Rava Kheer is ready, serve it hot.
