Ingredients:

1 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup sugar or as per your requirement
5 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
1 tablespoon cut of rose petals or rose water

Method:

First, grind the cashew nuts in the mixer well and make the powder. Now put water and sugar in a non-stick pan and let it boil over a low flame. During this, take a plate and put oil in it. Now after this add the cashew powder to the syrup and cook it in a low flame.

Cook the mixture of cashew nuts until it gets thickened. Now drop it from the pan and put it in the plate. You can also add rose petals to it. When the mixture is lightly warm, make the dough of it, then spread it on the oiled plate.

Place the butter paper over this dough until it reaches three to four millimeters thick, press it theoughly. Now leave it to be cold. When the dough is well cooled, take a knife and cut it into squares and cut it into pieces. Your cashews barfi is ready.
