Make teasty and healthy  Creamy Almond Soup at home with this recipe

Almonds are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber, and are associated with a number of health benefits. So today we bring you creamy almond soup which is tasty as well as healthy.

 Ingredients

800 Ml vegetable stock, 200 ml skimmed milk, 100 gms toasted almonds (powdered), 50 gms butter, 50 gms flour, to taste salt and pepper, A pinch of nutmeg, grated, 2-3 drops almond essence and 10 gms toasted almond flakes

Method

1. First of all melt the butter over low heat In a heavy bottomed sauce pan.

2. Now, Add in the flour and milk stirring continuously until a smooth roux is obtained then  add the powdered almonds and lastly add the vegetable stock and simmer gently.

3. At last dd the seasoning and serve hot garnished with almond flakes.
