3 cups makhana
-2 tsp desi ghee
-1 tsp lemon juice
- Red chili powder
-3 tbsp peanuts
-1 tomato finely chopped
-2 tsp green chutney
-1 tsp tamarind chutney
-1 cucumber finely chopped
-1/2 apple chopped
- Sendha salt to taste.

Method of making fariyali chaat- To make this chaat, first of all, heat ghee in a pan and add sendha salt to it, and fry the makhanas. After that, when the makhana becomes crispy, take it off the flame. Now in this fried makhana, add roasted peanuts, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and mix everything well. After this, add green chutney, red chutney, chopped cucumbers, apples to this mixture and mix well.
