500 liters of milk
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup pistachios
2 tablespoons cream
Method- First put milk in a pan on medium flame and keep it for heating. Now when the milk starts to thicken, add sugar to it and cook till it dissolves. When the milk becomes half, add cream to it, and cook it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, add pistachios and cardamom powder and mix and turn off the gas. When the milk has cooled down completely, put the mixture in the moulds of the kulfi and cover it with a lid. After this, keep it in the freezer for 7-8 hours. After sometimes, take out the mould from the fridge. Now put it in lukewarm water for some time, Kulfi will start coming out of the mould automatically. Malai Pista Kulfi is ready.
