Kochi police are actively searching for actor Siddique after the Kerala High Court denied his anticipatory bail plea in a high-profile molestation case involving an actress. Following the court's decision, authorities are concerned that Siddique may attempt to flee the country, leading them to issue a lookout notice at airports.

Intensified Police Efforts
Police officials have confirmed that there are no legal barriers to Siddique's arrest, and they are making every effort to locate him. The chief of the Crime Branch has instructed the Kochi police to apprehend the actor immediately. Despite keeping a close watch on his two residences in Kochi, Siddique remains untraceable. Reports indicate that his mobile phones have been turned off, and investigators suspect he may have gone into hiding.

Recently, Siddique’s son was seen visiting a well-known legal firm, suggesting a potential move to file a petition in the Supreme Court. Police are closely monitoring Siddique’s homes in Aluva and Padamughal. His phone was last tracked to the Palarivattom area before it lost signal.

The High Court's ruling came after investigators provided new evidence and witness statements that further implicated Siddique. Justice CS Dias, who issued the verdict, expressed dissatisfaction with the defense's claims, stating that the complainant's testimony was credible and backed by strong evidence.

Defense Arguments Rejected
Siddique's legal team, led by senior advocate B Raman Pillai, argued that the charges were fabricated and noted that the initial complaint did not mention rape. Siddique has denied the allegations, insisting that the case is based on a false narrative. However, the court dismissed his arguments after the additional public prosecutor presented evidence showing that Siddique and the complainant were together at the Mascot Hotel in 2012, the year when the alleged incident took place.
