Kolkata: Mamata Banerjee, who went to Nandigram in the past, has been injured in the alleged attack and is currently in the hospital. According to the recent information, his health condition has improved marginally and he is still stable. Didi is currently in the Government SSKM Hospital where doctors treating her have given information about this on Thursday evening. In fact, yesterday, doctors told that 'various investigations were done whose reports are satisfactory and she is benefiting from the treatment.' Simultaneously, a senior doctor of the Government SSKM Hospital says, "An X-ray of her left leg was done in which 'degenerative joint diseases' have been detected."

'Degenerative Joint Disease' is a kind of arthritis disease and it happens when the flexible tissues at the ends of bones start to get destroyed. With this, the doctor, who is treating Mamata, said that the Chief Minister has serious injuries in the bones of her left ankle and leg. There are also injuries to her left shoulder, wrist, and neck. Doctors say an X-ray of her shoulders, injured ankle, and foot has also been done. Apart from this, she has also done a CT scan of her neck while her abdomen has been done USG.

Doctors have said that 'low amount of sodium has been found in Mamata Banerjee's blood, for which medicines are being given. The swelling of her left ankle has now been normal. There has been a slight improvement in her health condition. Currently, the Chief Minister has been given light food. The doctor also said that 'A team of six doctors is treating her. This team will assess their health status and decide on Friday i.e. today.'
