The political turmoil over PM Modi's picture on the certificate he received after receiving the covid vaccine is growing even more rapidly. Now, the West Bengal Government has decided that it is going to issue a certificate with Mamata Banerjee's photograph in place of the PM on issuing the covid certificate.
According to the information received, the Mamata Banerjee Government has decided that in the third phase of vaccination by the State, 18-44 year olds are going to be given a certificate with a photograph of TMC chief Mamata after vaccination.
It has been learnt that BJP and PM were condemned by the Mamata government a few months ago over PM Modi's photo on vaccination certificate. The TMC had also complained to the Election Commission on the issue amid the 2021 West Bengal assembly elections. TMC had alleged that pm Modi's photograph on the certificate received after vaccination was a violation of the code of conduct.
