Recently, a case of crime has come to light from Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh. Police have arrested a young man in the case of indecent conduct and blackmail on Facebook with the teacher. Jr. Chauhan, in-charge of Kosir police station in Raigad district, said here on Tuesday that "Manoj Minj (27 years old), who was working at Guru Ghasidas University in Bilaspur, was blackmailed by a man by making a video call with a teacher and threatening to do obscene acts. "They have been arrested on charges of "they are not in the making.'"
According to reports, the 29-year-old married teacher had filed a police complaint on the 1st of this month and the teacher had said that she had been introduced to Manoj Minj through Facebook in June 2018 and the two had become friends. On the other hand, Manoj met Manoj on a train in Bilaspur on his way back from Raipur after the friendship between the two and in the meantime, Manoj photographed him and threatened to make the photo viral.
The female teacher further told the police that "Manoj is asking for Rs 20,000 from the woman and doing obscene acts by making video calls." The woman also threatened her with other numbers when she blocked her number," the police official said, revealing that "the police have filed a case against Manoj on the complaint of the woman and arrested Manoj on Monday."
