In a tragic incident reported in Kukshi, Madhya Pradesh, one elder brother killed his kid brother by hitting him on head with a pick axe over land dispute in village Girvanya near Kukshi.

Kukshi station incharge Kamal Gehlot informed that the father, Laxman Richhu Alawa, 60 years old, resident of Girvanya Sayripura , of the deceased, came to the police station and registered a case against his own elder son Narayan on murdering his younger son Mohan. Father informed the police that when he reached home at 6 pm his elder son Narayan told him that there was a quarrel between him and younger brother Mohan at the farm and then he went somewhere. When Mohan didn’t return home, Laxman along with his wife Jad Bai went to the farm and found that Narayan had killed Mohan by hitting him on the head with a pick axe.

Kukshi police has registered a case under IPC section 302 on the report of the complainant.
