The case is also reported to have been filed by a minor girl living in Sikri Khurd village in Ghaziabad's Thana Modinagar area and in her complaint, she alleged against a young man living in her own locality. In this case, the girl alleges that the young man seduced her and took her to her home and then assured her that he would marry her. In the same, the victim gave the boy his best and the accused raped her for over a month. Now, in this case, the minor alleged that "the accused had taken her to his aunt's house and that he had wronged her here too."

When the victim pressured him to get married, he said that he would marry her when she got into adulthood. "Now the victim alleged that on August 19, he had lured her to his house and raped her and raped the girl. When the girl was suspected, she told everyone in her house, after which the family went to the police station with her and filed a complaint. The police are now investigating the case.
