The shocking case of divorce has come to light from the UAE. While most of the divorce is due to a dispute between husband and wife, there is a case in the UAE that is just the opposite. Yes, the wife has filed a divorce petition with her husband for not quarreling in the UAE's Shariah Court. In an appeal filed in the Shariah Court in Fujairah, UAE, the woman said that her husband was loyal and sincere and had never given her an opportunity to be depressed.
At the same time, the woman further wrote, "I am so upset with the love of my husband. He also helps me with cleaning the house. He has never spoken loudly since marriage. Rather, he always helps in doing housework," the woman wrote in further divorce application, "This behavior of the husband has made her life a paradise. I have been trying to fight my husband for a long time but he never gives a chance to fight, but always avoids her with his goodwill" he said.
In this case, the Sharia court has refused to consider the case and the husband has appealed to the court to dismiss the application. The husband said that it would not be appropriate to form this opinion about marriage in a year and the court has advised the husband and wife to make mutual reconciliation.
