Chandigarh: There is a war going on in the streets across the country over the Agnipath scheme of army recruitment. Amidst the ongoing protests across the country, city to town, village to village, a man in Punjab stopped cm Bhagwant Mann's convoy. The man stopped Chief Minister Mann's convoy and questioned him in connection with the tweet. The incident took place at Hamirgarh village in Sangrur, Punjab, where Chief Minister Mann was holding a roadshow.

It is being said that CM Bhagwant Mann had arrived at the campaign in the by-election to the Sangrur Lok Sabha seat which fell vacant due to his resignation. Chief Minister Mann was holding a road show. As soon as the chief minister's convoy reached Hamirgarh village, a young man called out from behind and appealed to stop. Chief Minister Mann stopped his convoy.

A man named Palwinder Singh reached near Chief Minister Mann's car when the convoy stopped and spoke to him. The man told Chief Minister Mann that there is a lot of disappointment among the youth because of the Agnipath scheme. They are broken. Palwinder told Chief Minister Mann that you are CM. Do something. He also told Chief Minister Mann that you have not tweeted a tweet so far. After stopping the chief minister's convoy near Hamirgarh village, the man said, "Go to Delhi yourself." You have good relations with MPs from all parties. Talk to them. On this, Chief Minister Mann assured the man that he would talk about it. He said it was wrong. It should not be so. I am totally with the youth.
