SP Deshmukh said that a case of rape has been registered against the accused under the Posco Act.

At the same time, he further said that "CCTV footage in the house showed that a boy is raping the child." After which the police identified and arrested the accused based on CCTV footage. Based on the questioning, the police identified the victim girl. After this, the girl's father lodged a report against the accused. "This case cannot be called the first such case because many such cases have come before us which have shocked us."
