Heavy and prosperous looking, Shah is Hindutva hails from Gujarati middle class, unlike Modi who is pracharak of Rashtriya Swayamshevak Sangh (RSS), notwithstanding he is sharpened, centred and dedicated as any other RSS man.

Maharashtra, Haryana, J&K, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Goa, Manipur, Himachal Pradesh, Gujrat – the triumph of BJP seems unbeatable. Modi magic is definitely there but we cannot discount the man in the backroom, the master strategist. Under Shah Stratford, BJP was able to come so far in assembly elections by facing elections in 18 states.

Shah is known for his tireless work in BJP. His motto for success is grass root connectivity with the party workers and establishing mass contact with party workers. In 40 months of BJP (till November 17) on an average, he used to travel 524 km daily. For the very first time in his tenure, only training camps are built on a very grand scale for a wider reach to the workers.

He himself keeps a check that there should be a proper bifurcation of labour in the party. He himself holds a meeting before every election campaign and make sure that things are on the right way.  A power pack campaigning is a reason for massive victory in states.

Shah believes in reaching the maximum number of peoples, especially the youth. The BJP workers are expected to visit every house and discuss the government’s achievements by making sure that every legal voter should come out to vote.

Under his steering that BJP has become the largest political party in the world with over 10 crore members. From 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Assembly elections, to Local elections, he signifies himself as the modern ‘Chanakya’ of BJP
