Manish Sisodia has said, "Some colleges in Delhi University are taking money from Delhi government and students and using it to make FDs and then asking the government for unaccounted funds". According to the rule, the amount of money that these colleges receive from different sources will be provided, by the Delhi government by reducing the amount of money they need. But when the Delhi government asked these colleges to account for the sources of income, they refused to give it," he said.
